Capacity: 5BBL 7BBL 10BBL 15BBL 20BBL ,30bbl,40bbl & 50BBL  customized

Brew house can be 2Vessel,3 vessel or 4 vessel  custom-made.

Material: SUS304,

Heating method: Electric heating, steam jacket heating or gas fired

Efficiency: 1-5 brews/batches wort per day.

Basic configuration:

• Mash Tank+ Lauter tun or  Mash/ lauter tun with top or bottom blade stir, counter washing and wort collect coil

• Kettle / whirlpool with tangent inlet, electric heater inside tank, steam jacket or gas chamber underneath.

• Support fittings: double / single stage plate cooler, piping strainer, grist hydrator, wort grant tank, hops dosing tank, etc

• Standard brew house platform or customized

• All pump with VFD, all pump motors can be ABB brand or UL Certificated.

• With hot water tank configured for sparging and mashing in etc.

• Valves to be manual butterfly one or pneumatic

• Piping connection to be Tri-clamp or DIN.

• Hot water tank to be 2-3 times bigger for mashing, sparging and cleaning.
