Mash system
1.System is mainly composed by
Europe standard: Mash Tank, lauter tun, boiling kettle/whirlpool tank, total 3 vessel;
America standard: Mash lauter tank, brew kettle&whirlpool +hot water tank; total 3 vessel;
Germany standard: Mash&brew kettle, lauter tank and whirlpool combination unit; 2 vessel 3 tanks combination system.
Also with hops back system, heating exchanger and Electric control system.
2.The main body of mash tun, material all using international standards, high-quality 304 stainless steel.
3.The manufacture is using modern automatic plasma & laser cutting and the protection of pure argon gas welding and other technology.
4.Use the steam generator to provide the steam for heating brew kettle and mash tun, or Heating by electric elements or direct fire heating
5.We can according to your requirement, provide the Pneumatic steam valve to achieve full automatic control.
6.It can use seperated control cabinet for only control brewhouse.

Fermentation system:
The fermentation tank adopt cooling jacket and two-stage cooling refrigerant control mode at the cone and cylinder. So such design and cooling method to control the flow of the cooling liquid state in fermentation tank by the size of the two-stage cooling refrigerant flow. It will improve heat transfer efficiency and cooling rate, faster cooling, and reduce cooling costs and high economic efficiency equipment commercial operation.
Fermenters Main Structure:
1.Effective Volume: 3BBL, +25% Head space
2. Interior shell thickness 3mm, Exterior shell=2mm
3. 100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield
4. Interior finish: pickled and passivated, external polished, 80mm insulated
5. Test pressure 3 bar, working pressure 1-1.5 bar
6. Glycol zones (Both on side and concial/bottom)
7. 60°conical bottom for Fermener, Shadowless side man way
8. Racking arm, Sample valve, Pressure relief valve on the top, Dry hopping on the top
9. Mechanical relief valve 3 bar on CIP arm with pressure gauge
10.Adjustable tank leveling pads.
