300HL Brite Tanks installed in Canada

This brewery is located in Canada. They ordered 4pcs 300HL Bright Beer tanks with 8pcs 300HL Fermenters from us in the year of 2017. The configuration of these 300HL Brite tank is customized by their design request. Now they are still using all our fermenters and brite tanks brewing beer very well, the owner said it is a great system!

Main equipment list is as follows:

1. Material: Inner tank is Sanitary Stainless steel 304, tank outside cladding is stainless steel material corrugated plate.

2. Effective capacity: 300HL; total volume: 330HL,

3. Tank top and bottom are dished heads; dished head thickness 5mm.

4. Polyurethane insulation thickness:100mm; Tank inner body thickness 5mm, cladding thickness 2mm;

5. Three phase dimple jacket cooling plate, cooling jacket thickness 2mm.

6. Side man door,Tank working pressure: 45PSI,

7. With CIP Cleaning device; with CO2 Carbonating stone.

8. PT100 temperature probe connector,

9. With Aseptic sampling valve in the cylinder;

10. Tank top have the safety valve and vacuum valve;

11. Pressure gauge on CIP arm;

12. With German kisseman brand Mechnical pressure regulator

13. Bimetal temperature gauge on cylinder;

14. ladder hooks, Stainless steel legs.
