4-Tank structure: There are no dead corners inside the tank, equipped with deep ventilation air pipes and gas distribution rings, and 4 removable baffles. It includes one standard port for each standard temperature, one pH and one DO sensor socket , and a dedicated sampling and discharge valve at the bottom.

5-Tank cover structure:  One material charging/inoculation port,  

One antifoam electrode probe port. Two standard universal feed ports. One dedicated fermentation tank sampling/discharge pipe port, One vent port (with vent condenser) , Equipped with digital pressure display sensor; signals transmitted to PLC control system for recording.  

6-Jacket Structure: Features an optimized helical baffle design to prevent uneven heat transfer or thermal short-circuiting within the jacket, enhancing heat exchange efficiency. Equipped with overpressure protection and pressure relief devices to prevent operational errors and ensure experimental safety. Includes a digital pressure display sensor; signals are fed into the PLC control system for logging.

7-Surface Finish: Internal and external surfaces mirror-polished to a surface roughness of < Ra 0.4. All welds are neat and uniform without grinding (conforming to international standards).

**Sterilization Method:** In-place automatic sterilization (SIP).

**Online Monitoring:** (Optional) Configured for real-time monitoring of tail gas CH₄, O₂, and CO₂ concentrations.
