8pcs 300HL Fermentation Tanks installed in Canada

This brewery is located in Canada. They ordered 8pcs 300HL Fermenters from us in 2017. The configuration of these 300HL Fermenters is customized by their design request. Now they are still using all our fermentation tanks brewing beer very well, the owner said it is a great system!

Main equipment list is as follows:

1.Material: Inner tank is Sanitary Stainless steel 304, tank outside cladding is stainless steel material corrugated plate.

2.Effective capacity: 300HL; total volume: 330HL,

3.Top dished head thickness:5mm, bottom cone thickness 4mm.

4.Polyurethane insulation thickness: 80mm; Tank inner body thickness 4mm, tank cladding stainless steel material corrugated plate thickness is 0.5mm.

5.Three phase dimple jacket cooling plate, dimple jacket cooling area:30 m2

6.Top man door size 450mm X 350mm; working pressure: 45PSI,

7.With CIP Cleaning device; With CO2 filling device. with thermo well connector port, Glycol water inlet &outlet are DN25.

8.With DN25 Aseptic sampling valve and valve hat, with thermometer rain hat.

9.Tank top have the DN50 KIESELMANN safety valve and DN40 vacuum valve KIESELMANN Brand;

10.With Mechanical pressure regulator, with Sanitary diaphragm pressure gauge.

11.With all matched DN 25 & DN50 Manual Butterfly Valves.

12.Ladder hooks, Stainless steel legs.

13.With all matched working platforms on tank top and the crawling ladders.
