1000L Craft Beer Brewing System for Canada Customer

This Brew pub is located in Vancouver, Canada . They ordered one set 1000L Brew house system with 8 pcs 1000Liter fermenters from us in 2017. They are using our brewing equipment brewing beer very well since 2017 till now, the Brew pub owner said this set brewing equipment is the best quality brewing equipment he had use since 2011 !

10HL Brew House System Main Technique parameters as the following info:

Technique Parameters of 10HL Mash/Lauter tun:

1. Stainless Steel 304; Brushed outer shell;

2. Total capacity:1200L,effect capacity:1000L，

3.Tank Dimension ∮1360mmx2600mm

4.Top mounted man way with full glass, milled sieve plate,

5.Top decorative vent stack, sight light, with raking system, motorized rake and plow, spent grain exit on tank side wall, etc;

6.Frequency control; CIP rotary spray device; safety combination;

Thickness of insulating layer: 80mm; Thickness of Inner: 3mm;

Outer and Inner plate protection, ribbon polished on welds.

Technique Parameters of 10HL Kettle/whirlpool tank:

1. Tank top is cone shape not doomed head, tank outer side is Stainless Steel 304; Brushed outer shell;

2. Total volume: 1650L, Effective volume:10HL;

Tank Dimension ∮1360mm x 2227mm

3. Steam jacket heating area 2.4㎡.

4. Inner tank thickness 3 mm, Jacket thickness 2 mm ;Insulation thickness 80 mm ,Cladding thickness 2mm;

5.Top mounted man way, CIP Spray ball, light fixture, thermo well temperature read-out, etc; safety combination;

6.With exhaust pipe, to vent steam outdoor;

7.. Whirl pooling/tangent inlet.

With all matched wort pumps, wort heat exchanger, piping lines and valves, Work Platform etc., whole set brew house equipment.
