200L Pilot Beer Brewing System for Canada Customer


This Brew pub is located in Canada . They ordered one set 200L Brew house system with 2 pcs fermenters from us in 2018. They are using our brewing equipment brewing beer very well since 2018 till now.

200L Brew House System Main Technique parameters as the following info:

1. Tank inside and out shell material is Sanitary stainless steel 304,

2. Total capacity:300L,effect capacity 200L，

4.Top mounted man way with full glass, milled sieve plate;

5.Top decorative vent stack, sight light, with raking system, motorized rake and plow, spent grain exit on tank side wall, etc;

6.Frequency control; CIP rotary spray device; safety combination;

7.Thickness of insulating layer: 80mm; Thickness of Inner tank wall: 2mm;

8.Outer and Inner plate protection, ribbon polished on welds;tank out shell mirror polished.

2. Total volume: 300L, Effective volume:200L;

3. Top mounted man way,

4. Inner tank thickness 2 mm,Insulation thickness 80 mm ,Cladding thickness 2mm; Steam jacket heating area 0.25㎡.

5.CIP Spray ball, light fixture, thermo well temperature read-out, etc; safety combination;

6.With exhaust pipe, Whirl pooling/tangent inlet.
