· Product description: All material of the tank inside and outside is stainless steel 304, We will design and produce all the tank according to customer’s special request.

1. Sanitary Stainless steel 304, Tank out shell is brushed plate.

2. Effective volume: 50HL; total volume:66.67HL;  25% head rest space;

3. Dome top head, cone bottom;

4. Polyurethane insulation, thickness: 100mm; inner body thickness 3mm, cladding thickness 2mm;

5. Two dimple plate cooling jackets on tank wall and bottom cone;

6. Side man way is shadow less type;

7. Tank working pressure: 15psi;

8. Dry hopping port on top head; Sample valve; With rotary CIP spray balls and arm; PT100 temperature probe;

9. Top breather valve; German kieselmann brand mechanical pressure regulator adjust range 0.1-2.2bar,Pressure gauge; Glycol solenoid valves.

10. 2 ladder hooks, 304ss legs with screw assembly to adjust leg height.
