Technique Parameters of 15BBL Mash/Lauter tun:

1.Sanitary Stainless steel 304,

2.Effective volume: 15 BBL; total volume:21.4 bbl

3.Rock wool insulation thickness: 80mm;

Inner body thickness 3mm, cladding thickness 2mm;

4.steam jacket on tank wall;

5.Removing spent grain automatically, with rack lifting device, variable frequency, Spent grain out door on tank side wall or on tank bottom according to customer’s request;

6.At the bottom of false bottom with back flashing water valve, wort collection pipes

7.With grist hydrator installed above the tank;

8.with Rotary CIP spray balls; liquid level sight tube; with sight light;

9.Top full glass manway door,

10.Stainless steel legs, with screw assembly to adjust leg height

11. Plate Surface protection, ribbon polished on welds.

12. With all matched valves and accessories.

3.Steam heating Jacket on tank wall and tank bottom cone,Steam valves are pneumatic valves;

4.Rock wool insulation thickness: 80mm; Inner body thickness 3mm, cladding thickness 2mm;

5.With steam exhaust pipe to vent steam outdoor;

6.CIP Rotary spray balls; liquid level sight tube;thermo well temperature read-out; safety combination;

7.Top glass man way door, with sight light

8.Stainless steel legs, with screw assembly to adjust leg height;

15BBL Whirlpool Tank:

1. Stainless Steel 304; Brushed outer shell;

2. Effective volume:15bbl; Total volume: 22bbl;

3. Top mounted man way, top vent connection for stack, light fixture, thermo well for temperature read-out, etc;

4. Frequency control; CIP spray device; safety combination;

5.Thickness of insulating layer:80mm; Inner Body Thickness: 3mm,tank clading:2mm;

6.Whirlpooling inlet is tangent line;

7. Plate Surface protection, ribbon polished on welds.

8. With all matched valves and accessories.

With all matched wort pumps, wort heat ex-changer, piping lines and valves, Work Platform etc., whole set brew house equipment.
